your washer is letting you know that it has detected a unbalance in the drum prior to spin . open the door and rotate the drum counter clockwise a couple of turns ,shut doot and hit start button .if door won't open ,don't force it, simply end program ,release door turn drum ,close door then set wm to spin.could also be a sign that you have overloaded, eg too many heavy items,.
