Our zanussi zwf 1421w won't drain & rinse during its wash cycle but you can rinse & drain manually using the rinse & drain buttons

i need to know weather the mc stops with water in it
also put mc on a rinse when it fills stop the mc and put it to pump out the machine should clear the water from mc
with in 30 to 60 seconds if it takes longer there could be a blockage in the sump hose this hose is connected to your pump and connected to the utter drum
if all of the above test go ok then i would put the mc into
into a self test let me know i will check again later

has it got a rinse hold program setting that you are using?
have you cleaned the filter out recently?.
could be a weak drain pump?
