does any body know if the pump at the back could cause this problem so if i tried and change it the machine may work

i cleaned the one on the front bottom right but nothing happened

E20 is a draining issue.it can't get rid of the water within the time allowed.check the filter area bottom right.could be a blockage/restriction somewhere on the drainage side or a faulty drain pump
