my name is samuel am an engineer in Nigeria plateau state, i do seller photocopy and rapier so i have this problem with my costumer on canon gp 405 show Error e240 when it work for some time

hi samuel my name is paul ,e240 error is a problem with either the main dc controller or the image processor.check all connections on both boards for security .you may have to replace one or both boards .its basically a communication error between the two boards.hope this helps and good luck.
