hi, i've got a hotpoint wma 57 & when the drum turns it bangs very loud & makes a lot of noise, it has even made dents in the side of the washing machine. please help?
possibles
check for any broken drum support springs
check the outer drum is still mounted in the 2 dampers.
check the dampers for possible leaks
these are the things that will cause the outer drum to hit the cabinet
