What is the problem with my Potterton 60e boiler?

Hi I have a Potterton profile 60e on which sometimes the pilot light light's,but the main burner will only ignite if I give the solenoid a couple of taps. Have had the PCB changed now about 4 times and still the same problem so could it be the gas valve .

Never had to change PCB this boiler had problem most common with air pressure and plastic tube change it air from fan help to open gas valve
