well since you have replaced the pcb,and assuming the card was ok,.what about checking the motors, and associated wiring.but yes I see your point here, f11 code is a pain to troubleshoot, and one of the hardest faults to trace down.easy for the engineer as he as all the parts at hand,and he will continue to swap the related parts including timer controlls.for the call out fee you could end up with a fully reconditioned dyson here.just seem a bit of a high piice, if it was to be a loose connection.me personally,I would keep the dyson and pay the call out.whatever you decide to do good luck,.
