picks up fine with nozzle but not in upright position...checked all airways filter all clear brushes good...im at a loss as to what to do next!! can you help please
try this,lay dyson on its back,turn power on and see if the main contact head is spinning.if it is then you have a blockage somewhere,if not then you will need a new belt:)
