how can I fix mains hum?

initially annoying hum all the time over radio reception. No longer hearing any transmission and hum much louder. Is this a choke problem and can I replace with a better component. Logic dab/fm usb radio
model no - log 3006dbe

any advise greatly appreciated.

try moving the radio to another location, the hum is most likely caused by interfearance from another electrical device.or is the radio too close the mains socket.

mains hum could be down to a capacitor, which would normally smooth the ripple, could have a bad connection on 1 in the power section, check the larger ones first. Should not need to fit larger anything, they are all designed correctly, and the cct well tested. So fault rather than design.
