I have a two year old Samsung, model PS42B430, Samsung have flat out refused to help. I live two hours away from their nearest service centre. They said if the problem turns out to be a manfacturing fault then they will repay the service charge, but only after I have paid for the repair by myself first.

Samsung is a joke!

I agree they should change the name to SHAMSUNG if you are handy with a soldering iron and want tips on how to fix type in samsung repair on utube.
