hi,common fault,you will have to replace the door interlock switch.easy to replace and cheap to replace.try www.espares.co.uk for a replacement £9.99,make sure you order the switch WMA 50P.as this relates to pressure actuation.easy to check when you have removed old one.if it has a rubber pipe connected to it ,the washing machine will be a WMA 50P,no rubber pipe=WMA 50N.
