Had same problem with mine. There was a nail and a coin stuck in the impeller on the water pump. If you flick the cover off the front bottom edge of the machine and undo the drain screw you will see if anything is stuck. Make sure the machine is empty of water or tilt it right back and put a washing up bowl under it. Good Luck.
