Not sensing water level. This is done with a pressure switch, usually situated to the top front inside m/c, so you will have to open it up, pressure switch is about 3 inches diameter, 2 wires and a pipe, quite often the switches are two tone in colour, check the pipe is clear, not blocked, if ok, possibly switch faulty,
