The oiler is not adjustable on the 017 model. To remove the pump you will need to remove the black plastic wrap around handle to gain access to the underside of the machine as the pump is located just under where the handle goes underneath the machine. You will see a black feed pipe leading to it.
Is it not oiling? These pumps don't give a great deal of problems- normally it is the nylon worn drive that drives the pump and that is located behind the clutch on the end of the crankshaft. Have you checked that?
