hi there i have a beko double door american style fridge freezer.. freezer works fine, no strange noices from fridge,, but when we put any items in the lower half of the fridge they freeze up, all temp settings are fine.. im curious about one thing though,, the two lower pull out storage trays have removable attached shelves and one of them broke and the wife binned it, would this cause items to freeze in the lower half.. any help or advise would be greatfull. thank you, carl..
