Hotpoint Aquarius wdl540. Small leak at bottom I think then put a load in and water flooded all floor as it came gushing out soap drawer? Don't know we're the filter of anything is to have a look

if water came out through the soap box its caused by the water not been able to get down to the drum due to a blockage in box/ hose normally caused by solidified powder, take out the soap box and se if its gummed up underneath by powder, if so clean, but it may be blocked further down the hose which would need further investigation. second possibility is the machine is overfilling causing the level to be way too high which would be water level switch related
