Hello
The washing machine has stopped and I have recieved an error message abnormal ball sensor on a LG WF-T1031TP washing machine is it fixable or do I need to replace the sensor and where do I locate it.

i just hadda guy in to look at my lg washer dryer combo and he switched one of those out thinking it was that......he had it done in two minutes after taking the back off. its flat and white with looks like two groups of wires going into it. there is a few of them i think so i dunno how to find which one it is.
