how do i fill up an Isar m30100 c.h. boiler?

i recently had my boiler serviced, but just noticed there is no pressure on the pressure dial. when heating is on it only registers about 0.3 bars instead of 1.0 to 1.5. the radiators dont really get hot, and i have bled all radiators, several times. how can i rectify this. does it need filling up, if so where do i fill it.

thanks s.d. i think ive done it. i was wrong there is only 1 flex pipe bent over so it looked like 2, both with taps on. DONE. now with the pressure up will i be able to bleed all the radiators now, because before no air came out. you are a star. phill

thank you. i have found a flexible tube on the top of the boiler, do you think that is it? there are 2 flexible pipes together, only 1 with a tap on it. thanks again s.d, phill

Around the boiler somewhere, you will find a fill loop, a flexible metal pipe, with a tap on it, slowly open it until pressure goes up, you need about 1 when cold
