my beko washing machine model no WMD 78144 is not very old i went to use it today put the liquid in went to start the washer & it is showing: C ON on the display what & why is it doing this?
i have tried turning it off tried holding in the start & the cancel button in over 5seconds
can some one please help

It only has a one 3 way button top for start bottom cancel & middle pause,
i have tried pushing in the button flat & is still flashing up C ON

child lock on??.press the 2 buttons together to cancel child lock
