simpson eziset 750 water flow?

wash cycle takes to long water was going into the machine very slow had a look at the hose conection and found a filter cleaned that and in behind that was a restiction type washer have taken that out and the water seems to be better will taking this out cause any problems

Take the hose off the machine & point it in to the sink. Turn tap on full and see how strong is the water pressure. Maybe your home has low pressure.

oh should have said it has always been slow

matt, December 2011
If the flow was ok before and has slowed recently then either the filter has blocked on the inlet hose or the inlet valve has deteriorated and not fully opening. The restriction washer has always been there even when the flow was faster so it can't be that. Might pay to replace the inlet valve.
