how to clear old information ?

I have a geller fx400 and I need to know how to take all the old information out and put just cash information in. This came from a business that closed I just ordered your manual but it doesn't tell what I need to do to clear it or to use just for cash.

Hi. If you just want to use it simply then reset the main report - turn key to Z mode and press cash.

To use in REG mode, turn key to R. type price (NO DECIMAL POINT) then press a department button(any dept - you can change the label to a better name for your business), then press cash to finish.
At the end of each day, turn key to Z and press Cash to get daily totals
