the heater wont work in my laguna 99 fan doesnt blow when turned on only a little bit on window when car heats up

Hi Linda first thing to check is the heater blower fuse. Look in your handbook to locate it.If fuse blown replace with same amp fuse and try.It will work or blow the fuse as the motor is dead not a diy job.If fuse was ok probably a duff switch in the car or a wiring fault.
