hello natalie,make/model should have been included in your post on here.firstly have you replaced the fuse in the plug,secondly have you plugged another device in,to check that all is ok with the plug socket.once you have established that the washer is getting power,then you can start to troubleshoot the machine.do you have any console panel lights?eg door locked light, anything.
