Take a look at the YouTube video linked below - if the impeller in the centre of the bottom of the drawer is obstructed or mangled, this may result in the drawer not draining.
Otherwise check the hoses for blockages and kinks.
If you need to take the drawer out, ensure you have a stool or something like it to support the drawer on because the filler and drain hoses will not reach the floor!
