Crosley 37" LCD color television?

I have a Crosley 37" LCD color television, model number C37HDGB, manufactured on October 2007, that will not turn on. When the unit is plugged in the green stand-by light flashes continiously

Check the capacitors on the power supply board they may be no good they should be flat on top if they are bulging they need replacing

i have the same problem with mine and i beleive that it is the power supply, but i cant find one to fix it.Mine actually comes on but the screen flickers, so at first i thought it was the backilight invertor, replaced it and that didn't work, so my next option is that power supply.
