I have the same issues with myTV.Same model but lucky enough I have another identical TV upstairs and I will be doing some swapping of boards to try and find out which board its on.
I think it's down to the power section as every now and then if you turn the tv ok manually, I get a circle in the middle of the screen which takes a few mins to go.
Ive already tried resoldering LOPtx and associated components, vertical deflection and scan coil PCB connections and I still have an inter Green light flashing!
Will let you know If I find the problem.
