My socket is not putting out any electric...I have checked the power box, tripped all the switiches and no luck. I have reset all the GFI boxes and no luck. The sockets are in a circuit of three and none are working on the wall. What should I do?

First Question. Has the socket ever worked ? . If so then it is likley to be a blow fuse back at the main switch board. Check all the fuses and see if any have blown. (If re-wirable replace with fuse wire of correct rating, if cartridge replace with the right fuse rating. If they are trip switch type reset the switch).

It may be on its own fused spur in which case look for a square plate (about the size of a single socket)nearby which contains a small cartridge fuse) This may need to be replaced.

If it has never worked since you moved in it may have been disconnected by somebody else or the cable may have come loose at the back of the switch.

Turn off all the electricity to your house at the main switch. Undo the faceplate with the two small screws and visually inspect the back to see if all the wires are attached. DO NOT POKE ANYTHING INTO THE BACK OR TOUCH THE CABLES. If there is anything loose refix the plate and turn the electricity back on. Consult and experienced electrician.
Remember touching an electrical wire may kill you.
