You can reset the LOCKED message yourself. Just do the following:
1. Turn the radio OFF.
2. Press and hold the "6" button, do not release it.
3. Turn the radio ON.
4. Continue to hold the "6" button until you see the CODE message. This may take up to 10-30 seconds.
Note: The procedure above will allow 3 additional tries. Then the radio will be locked and can only be unlocked with a professional decoding equipment.

If you have totally locked it trying to put code in too many times, you will have to take it to a specialist car radio shop, they have the equipment to unlock. If just not accepting your code, post model serial number etc on here
