You say washing m/c, even though in Dishwashers. So I will go with Washer. as it washes, motor ok, does it drain out at end of cycle, If not, look to pump, Or is it slow draining, and cannot drain enough, water still in drum, have you checked drain filter. If blocked, will not drain out fully, so spin will not start. Also might not think it has drained fully, clogged pressure pipe, A pipe connects the pressure switch at top of m/c with the bottom of m/c, check it, make sure that is clear, disconnect and blow through it, or if you do not fancy that remove it and flush it through under the tap, bottom end some times clog with soap and sediment, If you could see inside parts of your washer, ! ! !. After that could be timer, or motor control, go for filter 1st
