Engineer came round and reset machine by pressing some buttons, not sure which. It lasted for a day and now the drum won't turn which was the original fault.
You paid for the engineer to do a job. Tell him to come back & do it properly or give your money back. If you play with it first he will use that as an excuse to get out of returning.
