Yes.
You MUST have administrative privileges to do the following.
From the control pannel, open "Users acounts".
You'll see a list of every user's acounts. Simply click the one you want to suppress.
The display changes and you have several managment options available.
The last option allow you to suppress that acount.
You'll be saked if you want to keep the files associated with the acount or not or cancell the operation.
Click "Keep files" or Suppress files".
Click OK when asked to confirm your action.
