How can I locate filter pump?

Have taken kick panel off but there is no filter there, where else can it be?

Am I correct in thinking your washer isn't draining?.or are you just curious as to where the filter is located.Either way there maybe a filter in the black hose at the bottom of the drum which is connected to the drainage pump.
