Water slowly dribbling in on a smartdrive is usually caused by a faulty inlet valve and replacing the valve cures the problem. However, it is unusual for both valves to fail at the same time so it could be a fault with the main control board. You can either take a chance, buy & fit new inlet valves & hope that cures the problem. If it doesn't then you will have to get a service person to come & change the board or you can call them now and they will decide which needs changing.
