my washing machine isnt 6 months old and its not spinning,have came to the conclusion it wont spin because its not draining,the pipe is clear but can i sod get the filter cap off to check its not blocked.it says in manual turn anti clock wise which have done but can not pull it off even with pliers its a beko 5120
If still under warranty, get them out, as you cannot get it open, let them break it, down to them then.

probably got something jammed in the filter.it should pull out.sometimes they are a pig if not been out for awhile.sometimes you have to break them to get them out!!!
