the top of the non thermastatic valve on a radiator has a constant slow leak have tried tightening but still persists to remove the spindle seems easy but to do it will the system need draining or just the radiator?
Yes that valve is all that is topping the water from coming through drain the system then change the full valve it will save having the same problem again later on.
