how do i remove my filter?

i have an indesit WIXL123 how do i remove the filter?have tried turning it but wont budge?dont want to break it turning it to hard

just make sure your turning it to the left, anti clockwise , try useing a pliers to grip it, and it will give you more power to turn it,,

If the filter hasn't been removed for a while,chances are its stuck solid.The only way to get it off is to break it.More often than not the cover breaks,and the housing is ok.Replacements are cheap to buy,and readily available.My advice is,only remove if you have to.
