how can we regulate the pressure on our vokera boiler?

We have a Vokera linear boiler with just 4 radiators and the pressure keeps rising to 2.5. We then bleed a radiator which brings the pressure down, (we usually keep it at 1.8 - 2)I
Is there anything else that we can do please?

The expansion vessel has most likely lost its pressure and needs re charging, Half hour job if you get someone who knows what they are doing.
