Can you tell me how to fit a dhw heat exchanger to my Alpha he cb25/33 and do i have to drain the system if so how do i do it.

do not take O ring out as its not easy to fit on casing if you buy new heat exchanger O ring come with

if you are technical minded or knowledge of central
heating, switch off power to boiler ,you have to drain out system from drain point open all rads air vent to let water out ,shut cold supply to boiler open hot water taps to drain water,than undo heat exchanger with lan key long one, clean out with sprit of salt clean out with water,refit
