press and hold the keys CTRL ALT, and then press DELETE. and you will see what programs are running, you can turn them off from that box, or you can do a system restore,,and put your pc/labtop back a week or two , to when you rember when the cam was working ok, just look up system restore for the windows that your running, it wont deleat anything from your pc, but it will fix any changes that were made ,
