I have a HE3 Kenmore Elite front load washer. Washer pre pump filter was plugged with baby socks and fabric from the wife's quilts. I cleaned this out and put everything back together and now I am getting a "F30" fault code. From what I have read this has something to do with the soap dispenser, which makes sense because when I take the lid off the arm on the soap dispenser just keeps going around and around making the electric motor sound with a few clicks everytime it passes by a roman numeral on the top of the dispenser. A few people have said that there is a reset button on the inside when you remove the soap dispenser but I am not able to find it and uplugging the machine does not reset it either.

F 30 code can be reset by un plugging power cord for 5 minutes also pull out the detergent dispenser and reach all the way in to the back there is a small plastic flapper valve move it from side to side with your finger this will rest code f30 and save a tech visit..
