Hi can anyone please tell me how to stop the machine from going through the set up and removing the memory for the previous set up is says put onto the black dots but none in view on my machine rubbed off but when i want to try spinning it keeps wanting to do a wash please any help much appreciated. june

If u have a manual it should tell u how,otherwise google ur model manual u should be able to download it as a pdf document
