Hot water runs hot for about a min then runs cold leave it will run hot again,heating working ok but when heating is on hot water runs hot for about 3mins then cold ?????
hot water heat ex changer blocked ,close valves flow and return from boiler,shut cold supply to boiler switch off power to boiler take out heat ex changer clean with spirit of salt ,replace it
