how to get bar pressure ?

have no bar pressure tried the loop switch under boiler water came out bar pressure went to 0.5 and wouldnt go higher switched loop back and bar pressure went back to zero can someone please help and tell me if im doing rite or wrong thank u

yeah thats the one but water just comes out pipe outside and just gets to 0.5 bar im gonna phone guy who instaled it and ask him to have a look thank u for all ur advice and help really apreciate it :)

filling loop should be connected from the cold water in pipe (15mm) and to the central heating return pipe (22mm)

there is only a hose conection with a tap on one side and a screw and washer on the other is that rite? pressure still keeps going down boiler is hot and steam comin out of hose outside so its heatin up just cant get hot water or heat

no water comes out unless you have a leak or the pressure is to high in which case it comes out the external overflow pipe
