In the last few weeks the fabric conditioner doesn't rinse out during the cycle. Why, and how do I fix it? I have already cleaned the 'draw' a million times, but the conditioner is still in the 'draw' at the end of the cycle. Also, occasionally the clothes are covered in some grey slimey gunk, when the cycle is finished. Is that linked to the 'Fabric Conditioner Problem' or is it something else? Can anybody help please?!

remove the soap draw. remove the bit with MAX written on it and under there are tubes.make sure they are 100% clean all the way through.whilst the draw is out look up at the holes inside the soap draw housing are they all blocked with black gunk?.try cleaning them out.if they will not clean out you have to replace the bit on top which is called a conveyor.Gunk on washing look between the stainless inner drum and the door gasket,small gap.run fingers in there carefully and do you get you grey gunk?. clean with cloth then put the machine on a boil wash 95 deg program and let it do a program without clothes.you can put soda crystals in to help cleaning/sterilizing process.this needs doing at least once a month!. Known as a maintenance/service wash
