evey time i load in a wash and press start it starts and sounds like its pumping water and then it stops and flashers f9, why?

deola,call the manufactuers engineer out.at least they will know what they talk about,and not just want you to look at their website,no one can say your main module ????motor or timer ???? has failed without it being checked by a engineer,i mean that crowd has not even asked you what make of machine you have,i have worked for hoover for 20 years,so,call an engineer out,but not from those guys
