full tank light on tricity bendix tm320w?

the "full tank" light on my tricity bendix tm320w stays on although i've emptied the tank. I've also emptied the water through the stopper at the back of the dryer. I've read other answers where it says to clean the black float, but I can't find it. I've opened up the left side panel, but don't know where to look.

Just used these instructions to get my tumbler functioning again, worked like a charm. Thanks for saving me the cost of an engineer call out.

Thanks for this CK. However, I'm still lost. I'm assuming the micro switch is the white plastic thing with wires running in and around it, and the plastic tank is the white plastic right at the very bottom. How do I get into the plastic tank - there doesn't seem to be any opening, or anything. I've unscrewed the one screw I could see but that hasn't helped. Please tell me (step by step if you can) what I should do. Many thanks.
