f09..is eprom corrupt.or the two pcbs are not communicating.check the wiring connectors for security.pay attention to the blue wired connectors .Ensure they're nice and tight.Its possible that the bottom pcb has failed, One thing you can try is remove the lid and disconnect the plug on the top pcb then turn it on for 10 seconds then reconnect it and unplug it for 30 seconds. Then try it. If it's the same fault pcb needed or your replacement console pcb needs to be reconfigured.
