My dishwasher is not draining properly when it has finished it's cycle, I have checked all the filters and there doesn't seem to be a blockage, not sure what to do next as I can't find a manual. I have removed the centre piece with the spinning arm and also tried using a finish diswasher cleaner which worked and drained the first time after it was used. Many Thanks Linda

sorry to tell you but it sounds as if your pump needs replacing. Mine was doing the same, called out a specialist who quoted £150 to replace and repair. Zanussi do sell parts online however, and I believe they also send fitting instructions, depends on how brave you are. The parts are expensive and sometimes it is cheaper to buy a new model (unless it is a fitted unit).
