My Bosch WFR 2860 won't drain or spin. Looking at previous q/a it would seem I need to clear the pump. But the cap will not turn! The machine is set in a position that I cannot tip it on it's front or side or get to the underneath! Any ideas? I have just poured a solution of Viakal and hot water in......hoping this will disolve the build up......any other ideas?

if its just that it will not move at all use a pliers to give yourself some leverage and and if you get it moving keep going anticlockwise and clockwise until its out, if it will only come so far there is something stuck in there thats preventing its removal and its prob the front panel off to gain access
