Home central heating Potterton Promax HE 15 boiler?

I now have to use the on/off reset switch to get my boiler to turn on. The condensate trap always seems to be full of water when I look at it.

Everything else works OK, its just having to use the on/off switch all of the time instead of just leaving it on the thermostat
